Mr. Peterson, your are a true Gentleman! 6797

Yesterday I had a great not so great day.
My customer service was a little off and for this I apologize people.
Believe me when I say :

I hate when someone gets my order wrong that I place online or in line at a fast food joint. I tend to get upset. So yesterday when I messed up, it taught me a little something.

Yesterday I got an order wrong, not once, but twice!
The same order mind you! Two calls from the same customer, and 2 re-do's by me. Ouch!
Bad day....should I blame my hair? ;-)

I can not apologize enough. If I could come to your homes and set your winders I would... If I could be there on the day of delivery I would un pack it and place it in the perfect spot adapter and all.

Here at watchcases.com we correct our mistakes and we make it up to you. You are not just a sale you are a friend. Watchcases.com does not want to burn any bridges we want repeat customers. So when we say, or should I say when I say I apologize I mean it from the center of my heart.

I apologize for the confusion I was A little off and you were a perfect gentleman thank you. I have no excuse for my mistakes and can promise that it will never happen again if you choose to shop with me again.

Customers, we are not perfect, but we try our best and I have been really impressed with the high caliber of clients we get at WatchCases.com, Mr. Peterson had every right to be mad, but he was not (well maybe he was, but he acted professionally and with great respect!) and I appreciate that. The mistake I made was easily fixed and I learned a lot from the simple mistake.
