Answer:We can not issue an RMA nor will we accept an item that you purchased 45 days ago. Our return window is within 30 days.
We have a 30 day return window. We will accept items returned within the 30 day window. So you have 30 days from the day you place your order with us counting that day as day 1 to get the item back to our warehouse. so if you purchased 45 or even 31 days ago our standard return window has expired.

Guarantee Period is typically 30days from the order date, but Not 30 days from the delivery date. Our guarantee is 30 days from the order date, please understand our return window.
Since we are Retail Authorized Dealers - Any Manufacturers Warranty applies at 30 days for winders and you will have to deal with the manufacturer directly after 30 days. Prior to 30 days a defective item will be exchanged or repaired as determined by the manufacturer, refunds will not be given, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
We try to state in our confirmation emails, on our web site, as many places as possible that "ALL SALES FINAL AT 30 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE." All returns must be requested via email no later than 21 days after your order was placed in order to allow for time in transit. We must receive the item just like at any local store, you must show up before their return window expires. Calling them and returning the item later does not extend your return for refund window.
