Dear Watchcases,

I wonder if you could advise me. I am looking for a duo watchwinder for my two Rolex watches. I don't want anything too fancy, just simple, reasonably priced, without extra things that I won't need. I just want it to wind my watches and to look reasonably nice. Could be just battery or battery and AC. Lastly, I'm not keen on the open type, and would prefer something with a case.

Could you narrow down my choice for me, as I'm still getting lost in the number of winders you sell.

many thanks.

Matthew

1. Good Choice Eilux Winder in Leather or Wood Winder.

$600 Eilux Double Winder

http://www.watchcases.com/2-watch-winder.html
The eilux 2 Watch Winder is a good choice for Rolex. (Wind both watches 40 turns before placing them on the winder.) It is a simple no frills winder with the guts of a marathoner, Eilux makes very dependable machines.

Eilux Double Winder Cherry Wood $700

The eilux 2 Watch Winder in Cherry Wood is also a good choice for Rolex. (You should wind both watches 40 turns before placing them on the winder.) It is a simple no frills winder with the same internals as the leather covered winder, just a bit prettier if you like wood.

2. Better Choice $695 Orbita Sparta in Wood

Orbita Sparta Winder Wood Box

The Orbita Sparta Deluxe Wood Box winder is also an excellent nothing fancy, no extras winder. Orbita is recognized as making the best winders in the world and is an American company, though they do import many parts. They have a factory in North Carolina and also over in Europe. This item is a bit pricier, but the mechanism is a bit more sophisticated and can wind any watch you place on it without needing to
reset the winder.

3. Best Choice $1495. This is the high end Winder by American Made Orbita WatchWinders.

Wooden High end Luxury WatchWinder by Orbita Winders, considered to be #1.

Lastly is the Creme Dela Creme of WatchWinders, The Orbita Siena WatchWinder. This winder is fully programmable and is a beautiful watchwinder. It will wind your Rolexes and any other watch you choose to buy in the future.

Use the coupon code "donald" place the order before noon Monday and save 5% after that it will expire or be worth less of a discount. Minimum purchase required of $389

Dr. Patrick,
I hope this helps. I narrowed things down to basically 3 choices. The first and last choice are dual powered winders. The second choice is battery operated, though the batteries will last for 2 years, I recommend changing the batteries every year and use the old batteries in a flashlight.
I hope you purchase from us, and implore you not to fall prey to the "low end" winders being pushed online by the Fake Watch Chinese Watch Makers. We hear stories everyday from customers who had to "save" and ended up costing them big! No one shops for medical care by asking are you the cheapest, they ask are you the best?
Or at least they should.
You will do well with any of these choices, they will work to wind your Rolexes without breaking them, they will give good service for years, but should they ever break they are repairable by an in the USA service agent.
If you go with Orbita, choose the drop down discount for drop shipping. This will save 25% however it will take an extra week to get the item since the factory will be shipping it directly to you. If you are in a hurry we carry stock of every winder and usually we have then on sale at 15% off.

Sincerely,
Donald Geib President WatchCases.com your source for the best watchwinders in the world!
