On your watchwinder FAQ, you make a point of mentioning several times that you do not carry ERS winders. I have read many positive reviews of ERS winders on other sites, and was curious about your specific criticisms of this brand compared to those that you carry. Thank you for your assistance.

We evaluated them and found such claims simply did not hold water.
We get a lot of inquiries and so we write over and over we do not carry these products. Still I think price makes people feel they have to ask....
I notice the positive reviews are on the websites selling the products.
The price is low, the look is decent, the product simply does not meet our standards. Making a box is one thing, making a mechanical/electrical device is another thing!
We are a retailer, we really do not care whose products we sell (provided they have a legal claim to make and sell the product). If we felt good about the product we would offer it for sale, at this time we are not impressed. The price is the only redeeming feature in my opinion, and that simply is not enough for me to offer the product for sale.

They have a bold red claim on the home page, which is ridiculous, how can one copyright a product? Forgiving them for a minute for a misuse of language, (heck, my Chinese certainly is not nearly as good as their English!;-)

....Orbita and Eilux/Everwell have real US and worldwide claims....for my money Orbita and Eilux are the only 2 winders one should consider if you are looking for a product that will last a long time and do the job intended.
I looked at your company's site, ANADIGICS, seems you all sell a high quality product that hope fully will not be so blatantly copied and abused by some fly by night manufacturer.....

I am a former Algebra teacher. I have not been a retailer my entire life, and maybe I should let the market decide on price alone.
I just do not buy that philosophy. In the 3 years we have been selling winders online I can not begin to tell you the number of clients who said they made the mistake of buying the other product first...granted there maybe hundreds of satisfied customers,(I would never hear from them) but I doubt it, the winder market is not that large. (it is tiny actually)
I know I did not give you the blow by blow this is what is wrong....that is not my style...if you decide to by one of our winders use the coupon "WC105" and you will save 5% on the purchase.
