Subject: RE: Question regarding the Orbita Sparta 2 watch winder

Date: Wed 01/07/09 05:42 PM

I received my Orbita Sparta 2 watchwinder case. Thank you very much. It was well
packed and secured and your processing and shipping was faster than promised! Thanks.

I do have a question. I can not secure the
bracelet on my two watches around the inset cushion. It is too hard to
try and squeeze the bracelet around the cushion. I cannot lock the
watch bracelet because it would be too tight on the watch itself. The
cushion is soft but not soft enough to allow the watch bracelet to
easily wrap around the cushion completely. I am having to keep the
bracelet partially open and place cotton balls under the watch face so
the watches do not slide around the cushion. I may have to find some
soft foam cushions to better secure the watches around the cushion. Any
help or suggestions other than what I am thinking about? Are you
understanding my describing the difficulty of the watch band around the
inset cushion? Thank you very much for your attention. Pictures are included and attached.

Answer:

Jerome, you are putting the pillows in wrong. Please review the pictures on watchcases.com,, notice the curved part of the pillow should match the curve of the pillow cushion holder. You have simply turned your pillow sideways. Unlike cheaper watchwinders Orbita Winders are built right and you should never have to resort to using rubber bands and cotton balls to hold your watch on the winder. I salute your creativity. However we will send a better pillow.

We have ordered you a set of smaller pillows since you mentioned you have smaller wrists. We are sending this to you free of charge. A $150 value. Thanks for shopping and thanks for the question, the picture was especially helpful!
