Price not an issue whatsoever. Keep in mind only having one watch at the time.

I would say get the Buben. Arguably they are of comparable quality. The Buben does afford you the opportunity to take advantage of a good Automatic Watch deal should you stumble on such in your travels. Trust me, one Automatic is not all you will own in your lifetime. Once bitten, always smitten.
